Student Life

Summit Christian Academy does not limit the learning environment to the classroom.

Club Opportunities

After school activities provide opportunities for character building outside the traditional classroom setting. Biblical perspectives and appropriate responses may be taught to students through the challenges, encounters, and situations found in various settings. Extra-curricular activities teach diligence, dependability, patience, and other Christ-like qualities.

Spiritual Life

Although parents/guardians are the primary vehicles of

godly training, we believe the Christian school to be an

extension of this Christian development. SCA will act in

place of the parent/guardian at school. Summit Christian

Academy considers the spiritual development of each

student to be our highest priority.  SCA provides

opportunity for Bible study at all levels.

Each school day begins with pledges to the American

flag, Christian flag and the Bible. It is followed by Scripture reading and prayer.

We celebrate Christian living, the Bible and biblical precepts during our Spiritual Emphasis Week held each year. Chapel services are held weekly. Chapel is a place where our students are encouraged and challenged in their walk with God through praise and worship music, study and dynamic speakers from both inside and outside the Summit community.

Fine Arts â€‹

Summit Christian Academy offers a wealth of opportunities for students to study and practice the arts because it is an essential element in expanding a person's approach to problem-solving, to aesthetic enjoyment, to other people, to life itself.
