Kroger Cards

Each family is encouraged to purchase a Kroger card from SCA. It is already loaded with $5.00 and provides a simple way to help keep the cost of tuition low. Kroger cards may be purchased for $5.00, loaded with additional money, and used to purchase gas and groceries at Kroger. Kroger will donate 4% of your purchases to SCA.

Payment Policies and Options

Invoice payments are due to FACTS Management Company on the first of each month. Do not send payments to the school. The school assess a $35 late fee if payment is not received at FACTS on or before the first of each month. A $25 insufficient funds fee will be charged for all returned payments. If tuition is paid on the twelve-month plan and the student has not re-enrolled, reports cards will not be released until after the June payment has been received.

It is the policy of the SCA school board to consider an account delinquent if the tuition and/or fees are more than one month past due. Dismissal procedures will be initiated unless the SCA board approves a signed, written payment schedule. An outstanding balance on the last day of school will warrant holding grade reports and student records until the balance is paid.

Refund Policy

Enrollment fees are submitted with the application and are non-refundable except when administration chooses not to enroll a student. Should a student need to be withdrawn within a given school year, tuition will be charged through the end of the month. Any refunds or exceptions to the SCA Financial Contract must be presented in writing to the SCA Board for consideration.
